INVITATION
The Shanghai Municipal Lian Gong Shi Ba Fa
Association is organizing the 14th Lian Gong Shi Ba Fa
International Exchange Conference.
It has been successfully organized thirteen times since 1989 and is an
important international event featuring cultural exchange and fitness,
liked by practitioners all over the world.
In order to introduce Shanghai Intangible Cultural Heritage
(Lian Gong Shi Ba Fa) to the world, to improve the international
cultural exchange and to attract practitioners from around the world
for a grand gathering, the 14th Lian Gong Shi Ba Fa
International Exchange Conference will be organized in Shanghai from
May 1 - 6, 2012. The beautiful metropolis of Shanghai,
where the event will be organized, has captivated the attention of the
world.
This will be a great opportunity to improve the cultural exchange between
countries across the globe and bring together practitioners worldwide for a grand
gathering from May 1, 2012 to May 6, 2012 at the beautiful metropolitan city of
Shanghai, which has captivated the attention of the world.
This is an official invitation, extended to all concerned organizations and
individuals across the world to Shanghai, to participate and observe the
Lian Gong Shi Ba Fa events.
The rules and regulations of the 14th Lian Gong Shi Ba Fa International
Exchange Conference are enclosed.
Please contact the Organizing Committee at the earliest to confirm participation
since reservations have to be made in advance.

| ENTRY |
Practitioners of Lian Gong Shi Ba Fa around the world are
invited. There is no limit to the number of delegations, teams and participants.
The participants are advised to arrange for their own overseas
accident/ health insurance policies.

| PERFORMANCE EVENTS |
The conference includes three group performance events
(Lian Gong Shi Ba Fa I,
Lian Gong Shi Ba Fa II and
Lian Gong Shi Ba Fa III).
|
| AWARD CATEGORIES |
Awards shall be given in gold, silver and bronze categories based on the
skill, performance and exhibition of the teams.
|
| APPLICATION DEADLINE |
The final application with the names of participants and events should
be submitted to the Organizing Committee on or before March 31, 2012.
|
| CONFERENCE FEES |
The participants shall bear the cost of travel and insurance. Participation fee
to be paid to the Organizing Committee will be RMB ¥ 5800 (Chinese Money)
per registration as conference fee, which is inclusive of the following:
a) 5 days stay including food (Hotel *** on a twin-sharing basis)
b) Transport to and from the airport
c) Application fee
d) Sightseeing
e) Service charges etc.
The lodging shall be arranged by the Organizing Committee. Those with special requirements
(e.g. individual rooms, etc.) should contact the Organizing Committee. Extra charges will apply.
